  27. Windows Accessory Launcher contains the following files :

  29.         ACCLAUN.EXE         Executable program file
  30.         HELPFILE.TXT        Help/information file in Windows
  31.                     Notebook format (this file)
  32.         README.BAT          Batch file to read Helpfile.txt in
  33.                     DOS

  35. If you copy this program to other computer bulletin boards please
  36. include all three of these files contained in ACCLAUN.ZIP.

  38. Installation :
  39. ------------
  40. The runtime Visual Basic file VBRUN100.DLL is required to
  41. execute this program and must be somewhere in your path.  
  42. It can be found on most computer bulletin boards.  One copy
  43. of the VBRUN100.DLL will run all compiled Visual Basic 
  44. programs.

  46. The program is installed by copying these files into the
  47. directory where your Windows v3.0 (or later) files reside.
  48. If you put these files into another directory Windows must
  49. be in your path.

  51. This program also assumes the Accessory Programs included
  52. with Windows have not been deleted and are in the Windows
  53. directory.

  55. The program can automatically be loaded when entering Windows
  56. by putting ACCLAUN.EXE after the "load=" line in the WIN.INI
  57. file.
  58.  
  59. If you have an earlier version copy the program files over the
  60. existing ones in the appropriate directory.

  62. Program Execution :
  63. -----------------
  64. Files can be loaded into memory running either as icons or
  65. windowed.  Click the "run as window" or "run as icon" selection.
  66. Click on the program name (i.e. "Clock") or the icon to 
  67. execute the program.  The mouse cursor will become a square
  68. icon as the mouse cursor passes over the program icon.
  69.  
  70. To load the "Application Launcher" press this button from the
  71. main menu.  Note that the "run as window" and "run as icon"
  72. affect how the "Application Launcher" comes up also.A secondary
  73. menu will appear.  Find the drive, directory and desired file
  74. and press "run" to execute.  The file listing initially shows
  75. all executable files.  To just show EXE, COM, BAT or PIF files
  76. only, click on the appropriate button.  The ALL button once again
  77. displays the executable files.
